APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Gift cards/Certificates are only valued for our services. It will not be accepted for any purchase of our products or be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards/certificates.
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Please note that if you are late for an appointment for any reason, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest is not delayed.
There will be a 20% cancellation fee.
Bellissima Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave any personal valuables at a secure area, preferably at home, so that you van completely focus on being relaxed.
We appreciate your respecting our 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be a full-service charge for non-cancelled appointment. Gift certificates will also be forfeited if you refuse to notify us within 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of all these policies.
