APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
• Gift Cards/Certificates are only valued for our services. It will not be accepted for any purchase of our products or be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards/certificates.
• We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Please note that if you are late for an appointment for any reason, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest is not delayed.
• Bellissima Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave any personal valuables at a secured area, preferably at home, so that you can completely focus on being relaxed.
• We appreciate your respecting our 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be a full service charge for non-cancelled appointments. Gift certificates will also be forfeited if you refuse to notify us within 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of all these policies.
• For your own tranquility and others: please turn off your cell phone and pager while in the spa area.
